1. I had no internet in my room and asked called the front desk and they said that internet doesn't work.
2. Was a water leak from ice machine throughout the hallway and when it was brought to the attention of the front desk, he just shrugged their shoulder and said ok.
3. Could not stay at a hotel without internet and I had to go to another hotel. Came back the next day hoping I can talk with the manager. A lady told me that they have to have the internet to run the front desk and never explained why the internet is not available for the rooms. And she stated that she will not give me a refund. Interestingly, I never even asked for a refund yet when she stated that. When she realize that I had reserved through *******, she said if I try to get a refund through *******, that they will call her and she will let them know that she will not give refunds.
I have never in my life experienced such rudeness from a business.
Not sure if she is always this way or if she was having a really bad day, but it's not acceptable to take it out on customers.
